  • WhatsApp (communication)

  • Zoom (consultations)

  • Notion (internal workflow)

We provide advisory and administrative support.
We do not guarantee outcomes such as:

  • Licensing approvals

  • Exam results

  • Processing times

  • Employment offers

Final decisions depend on regulatory bodies.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate documents

  • Communicate promptly via WhatsApp or email

  • Attend scheduled Zoom consultations

  • Ensure timely submission of requested information

  • Follow guidance provided during the process

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are disclosed before service begins

  • Payments are processed securely through Systeme.io

  • Due to the nature of consultancy work, all fees are non-refundable once work begins

  • Refunds, if issued, are at the sole discretion of Aventra

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

  • We are not liable for outcomes determined by government authorities

  • We are not responsible for processing delays

  • We are not responsible for loss of employment opportunities

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

7. No Legal, Immigration, or Medical Advice

We do not provide:
